Why this app
ARCEP publishes the number ranges reserved for cold-callers, yet nothing on the phone blocks them out of the box. Shuttt turns that public list into a CallKit Call Directory so the calls are silenced system-wide — no answering, no blocklist upkeep, no data leaving the device.
